Its not a matte finish.  Brightcube started the semi-matte terminology.  Its
really a semi-gloss paper.  My hunch is that it is identical to Epson's
semi-gloss which is sold in smaller packs.  You might want to ask on the
9000 list...I'm sure someone will know for sure.  Rub off problems with all
the standard quads.  In my opinion the Ilford papers are useless with the
quad inks...terrible rub off.
