Imagine that stuff caking on the bottle- except imagine it has formed in the tubing, on the filter screen in the bottom of cart, or worse- into the constrictions of the printhead where it is like a tiny maze. I think it's time to throw away the CFS and buy new carts/tubing assembly. Especially if it's a year old. Any of the newer ink that has been poured into bottle throw away as well.
