Digital BW, The Print

In a previous post I said I had gotten my 2200 to print greyscale 
without color shifts or metamerism by printing RGB images using the 
stock Epson driver and UC inks on Epson RC paper. WRONG! True, I got 
it to print without color shifts (some progress at least) but that 
maddening metamerism is still there. What happened was the test image 
I printed was a tiny proof and because the color shifts weren't 
there, the metamerism was just not that noticable. But when printed 
at 8 X 10 ... its baaaaaack, same as ever. Dang!

Anyway, I apologize for a bad post and will be more thorough next 
time.
