Digital BW, The Print

Hello

I'm interested to hear people's views on the relative merits of CRTs and
LCDs for photo work(b/w and colour). A browse of the web suggests that LCDs
are not quite there yet for exacting uses (limited gamut/viewing angles)
-unless you want to spend a lot of money.

The only person I know who uses an LCD for critical work, uses an Apple 23"
one that they bolt to the desk before I visit - I see its price has just
been reduced to $1999 :-))
