Thanks for the reminder. This seems to be one of those thinks that 
simply needs to be endlessly repeated at regular intervals as even 
the most experienced of us forget upon occasion.

Those who receive digests by e-mail need to be particularly careful 
or the next digest you receive yourself will be a very, very long one.
