The Photographer's Formulary sells a kit for reversal processing of 
Kodak TMax 100 and 400 films. Haven't used it myself but it might be 
what you are looking for.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
