We have done quite a bit of copy work and recommend Fuji's Velvia. But be aware that your light source is as important as your film choice. Your slides will only be neutral if you are using a high quality brand of srobes...ProFoto, Broncolor, Elinchrome come to mind. If you use less expensive strobes, like White lightning, you will find that they tend to be 'blue', and change color when the output power is adjusted. You might find it cost effective to go to a professional copy place (like a full service color lab), that has a set-up specifically for this kind of work.
