The best solution to the RC paper problem is the new vm ink that MIS will probably be selling soon. It's midtones are composed of the MIS 7600 UltraChrome clone inks -- very lightfast and totally RC compatible. (Of course, they also print great on matte papers.) The black position is open. Like with the UltraChrome inset, you still have to use an RC-compatible black for RC paper. The matte blacks do not do well on RC. The Epson Archival K is a little darker than the Epson UC or MIS clone Photo black. (Surprisingly, the Epson Archival black is arguable less lightfast than these other inks.)
