I think you forgot to read all of my post before responding. For instance, "In which case they would be dithered together" (ie, not mixed) You seem to be misunderstanding me a lot lately... : ) -mikeH ps. the settings you use (in the drivers) will determine, for one thing, the amount of ink the printers lay down. So what exactly is your definition of 100% black? I think dipping the paper in the black ink is probably your best bet, but you probably won't be able to get that from the epsons.
