I'd second Jerry Olson's Eclipse suggestion. I got the 300 gsm at InkJetGoodies.com and used the MIS VM Sepia-Neutral ink set on both sides of it in an 1160 for my unfolded holiday cards, some of which I mailed as postcards, apparently successfully. I used Eclipse in preference to PhotoRag Duo because I heard from others on this list that Eclipse was more durable. Crane's Fluorescent White envelopes seemed to me a close enough match. I prefer their A2, A6, or A7 square-flap announcement envelopes partly because I think it's easier to print the return address on the "square" flap. I hope Steve, and any others who have used or plan promotional cards, will post about their plans and experiences.
