Epson's new "Ultra Smooth Fine Art" paper is two-sided, cotton paper that is
supposed to be the "True" archival matte paper.  I have a beta box of it,
and it's close (but no cigar, in my view).  You might see if you can get
some out of Epson.

I'll be doing more testing of this Epson "USFA" later.  The batch I got was
too thin to appeal to large format or fine art types.  It feels thin even
compared to EEM.  It has not printed as smooth as EEM with the MIS inks
either, but I like the results much better than Smooth Fine Art or Museo.
Whether it can unseat Eclipse as my favorite cotton paper is questionable,
however.
