I just spent almost 6 hours over the course of 2 days trying to get IP5 to work with OSX and the 2200. Finally it works. I've only done two prints so far but they were awesome. But I certainly understand why people are so frustrated with it. The problems I encountered were mostly due to the very poor documentation (and my own lack of sleep). I stumbled on two issues. Firstly, although the manual makes numerous references to being able to utilize a firewire connection, a (very helpful) ColorByte rep told me that IP5 does not work with OSX and firewire yet. Second, I stupidly neglected to select the "sheet" check box in the printer setup box. This isn't mentioned at all in the quick start part of the documentation. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about this stuff, I still feel like I'm wandering around blindfolded. Michael
