Vuescan settings for b/w-film?

Hi!
What are the best settings/workflows in Vuescan for scanning B/w
Negatives?
I have a Minolta DImage Dual III and scan mostly with Agfa APX 400,
Ilford FP2 and Fuji NP1600.
