Digital BW, The Print

In all my years of owning Epson printers, I've never had a clog that
could not be cleaned from using the head cleaning utility in the driver.
Until now.  My new 1280 still has the original cartridges in it, and the
black has developed a clog that thus far a dozen cleaning cycles has not
touched.

Is there some place on the web I can go that will give me good
instructions about how to clean it with Windex/Ammonia?
