Oh, I full well know what non-US currency looks like. On top of current
coin/paper, I have a file of notes my father collected during his time in
the Navy in WWII. And a few from when my grandfather was in the Army in WWI.

A Deutschmark from 1914 is really big--and oh, the engraving!

How is that Canon S900 treating you? I'm going to be looking into the
Canon's in the next few months... was going to get a 2200, but I'm holding
out for a bit.
