Can anyone suggest one? I recently ordered some paper from the U.S. The shipping via UPS cost me Can.$50, took 10 days, and when it (finally) arrived I was presented with an additional bill of $25 for 'customs brokerage'. I usually get stung by UPS every couple of years, when I forget about their molasses-slow service and exorbitant rates (FedEx is usually much better on both counts), during an impulse purchase.
