Treckhall has a $100 min. order. vistek.ca deals Ilford Galerie papers though you have to search on the name to turn them up (and they may not have them in stock). I'm convinced the UPS "brokerage fee" is a scam since others (USPS, FedEx) don't seem to requirer it. You're right, FE is expensive but not tear-your-hair-out expensive like UPS. Gerry Gray of inkrefill.ca sells MIS color dye ink under his own brand name substantially cheaper (Can.$54 vs. inksupply's U.S.$48), along with the reset software withdrawn by inksupply.com, but does not currently have the archival color, or quad/hextones.
