I know it's frustrating, but My God, son; only three weeks? I've 
been fighting mine for about a YEAR, so there' s no way you're 
getting off this easy!

Hang in there. Do NOT sell it. It is THE best printer for the money 
anywhere. I've been out of town and MikeK and I will get you back 
on track.
