Robert, This is a known bug with Imageprint. Be sure to get an upgrade or return the software before your 30 days is up. I have found myself at the center of a rather heated discussion of Colorbyte's policies in the Yahoo [Imageprint] group. If you want to go through it (I don't again), search that group for messages from me. Caveat Emptor. The IP RIP does what Epson should have done in the first place. BUT today when printing 11x17 photorag the IP/RIP would show a centered image and then deliver information to the printer that ended in 9x12 images printed on the edge of the paper. Anyone out there know how to cure this? ALSO the printer does not always respond to the IP/RIP and sometimes requires manual depressing of the paper button on the 2200 to initiate paper feeding. Hummmmmmmmm? Help appreciated. Robert von Sternberg (please use the following address) rvsatzuma@... __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
