That sounds like the same thing I use.  Just be careful not to jam it in
there too far and mess up the cart's ability to seal against the head.  You
don't need to stick it in but a little bit to be able to get it to draw.  If
another person is around to hold the cart for you so that you have both
hands free, that is best.
