Yep...the chances of loosing all nozzles from an ink clog are very slim.
Complete dropouts are almost always a loss of priming from air in the
system.  You may just have to wait this one out.  I've waiting as much as 4
days before with a CIS.  The key is to be patient and do nothing.  Don't
even run a nozzle check for a couple of days.  The more fussing you do...the
worse it will get.
