Put the CIS back in, run two cleaning cycles and then turn the printer off and let it sit for at least two days...if not longer. I'd recommend 4 days. You probably have microbubbles in the ink in the CIS cart from all of the cleaning and nozzles checks. After you wait, then run a nozzle check. If you get any nozzles to fire, then run several flush images. If you don't get any nozzles then I'd recommend changing the cart again.
