A toughie, Jerry. As a wild guess, any residue of ink pooled around
the nipples? How do the seals look at the bottom of the CIS carts? How
clean is the parking pad, esp the rubber rim- so it can seal the head?
That's about all I can think of. I guess from what you and others say
the ink is not the problem.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
