However, I would also guess that your raw file will not have been ICE'd or had negative inversion and correction applied either. I've been using vuescan and find that it actually scans faster than Nikon Scan on large 6x9 film on my mac. For smaller files nikon scan is faster as it can use all three sensors. Dust removal is better in NikonScan but it clips the highlights of negative scans unfortunately. -Bruce
