Bernd, that's great news! thanks for posting your results. I expect that a profil= e for any Piezotone set will work for any other PT flavor as long as the black ink i= s in the same family. My 7000 profile uses the FS black (pre-Eboni). That was before Museum Black became available and was a quick fix for the Original Black of the Piezotones that faded before my eyes. As for dots, one of the benefits of writing your own profiles, is that you= can decide what to do with those extra second Cyan and Magenta inks. Unlike other software, you know exactly if and when they are being used and when they "come in" on the scale. By staggering the C/LC and the M/LM I was able= to reduce the "device dots" of the 7000 further, which by today's standards= look like golfballs. That profile, by the way, was for Photo Rag if I remember well, which behav= es differently than EAM, but, hey, for purposes of demonstration, it's good enough!
