Hi Dan;

Somewhere, I believe on the MIS site there are instructions for 
refilling the C-80 carts, which I believe are similar to the 2200 
carts, or so I've read. You might check the mediastreet site also 
for C-80/82 refill instructions. The interior structure is very 
different from previous carts-for starters, there is almost no 
sponge. As for resetting chips, I believe both the MIS and the 
Mediastreet Universal chip resetter will do the job.

Keep us posted, I'm sure a lot of people wanna know!
