I had this exact same problem with the 2200 using IP 5.0 when printing on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 13 X 19 inch paper. Apparently this particular paper is sized slightly smaller than what the 2200 thinks a 13 X 19 inch piece of paper should be. Try manually specifying a paper size 1/8 or 1/4 inch shorter in length (or in both dimensions) than the size your paper is supposed to be. This might take care of the problem.
