Digital BW, The Print

Hi,  just found this forum...

I recently aquired an Epson 1200 printer, and have been researching quadtone/hextone options for it.  I don't see many references to this printer here, and am wondering why?  It seems like an ideal candidate: non-chipped, 6 inks.  I have no experience with any of the monochrome systems, but have been using my 1270 for printing Photoshop duotone files for a while, and I'm ready to get into a dedicated printer.

At this point, I'm leaning toward the MIS VM inks, in a CFS setup.  The IJC/OPM seems appealing, but it's not available for either of my printers.

Anyway, any experiences/advice/warnings about using the 1200?
