Hello ron, Depending how clogged the heads are determines which steps to take. I bought an Epson 1280 from Ebay and when it arrived it would not print at all. I had read somewhere about taking a piece of model airplane gas line and attaching it to a syringe to inject a mixture of windex and alcohol into the ink posts in the print head. I tried that and it cleared up after several tries. A lot of what folks called clogs are really air bubbles that make the print head lose its prime. I hope this helps give you some ideas.
