Is there any reason not to simply open this file in Photoshop (saved 
in Insight as a RAW Tif 16 bit)?
If PS cant they now have a plugin called Camera RAW Jpeg 2000.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
