Its a special spray gun attached to a vacuum cleaner running in reverse through an air filter. Graco makes them...among others. A good rig and gun will cost you $500-$1000 US and you will need a spray booth. They are used mainly for spraying wood finish on furniture. Not nearly as much overspray as a traditional Low volume high pressure spray gun.
