Rick and Jack I'm sure Andrew didn't intentionally mean to cause offence. Please don't forget that the list is populated with multinationals. Different terms mean different things in different cultures. Usage in one culture may cause offence though would be totally acceptable in others. For example, the term "wog" is extremely offensive in the UK. It used to refer to black people but is being used more these days in reference to Indian/Pakistanies. "Pakkie" is usually acceptable. In Australia, "wog" is an affectionate term for Italian/Australians. Andrew is from Malaysia. They have some interesting terms and ways of spelling things over there. Not wishing to draw this out too much ... "knock up" in the UK means to have a hit on a tennis court. You guys all know what it means in the States. :) K2
