Daniel: Before you pay to have the printhead replaced, are you sure your printhead is spotless clean, especially on the underside? If there is any buildup it can cause problems (think of a partially clogged shower head spraying in several directions). Check the archieves for the "wet paper towel cleaning method". If all else fails AND you are ready to have the printhead replaced, you can try the "cleaning solution injection through the printhead" procedure. Again check the archives -- it can't hurt if it is the last resort.
