Digital BW, The Print

OK, I know I shouldn't have and did it anyway.  I downloaded and installed
the new Epson 2200 driver.  I was hoping it would fix my #1 complaint of
cropping borderless prints, it didn't.  It also removed the photorealistic
setting that used to be there and was invaluable for making decent B/W
prints.

Has anyone come up with a decent workflow using the Epson inks and new
driver?  Something that rivals the old "ICM/photorealistic/no color
adjustment" method outlined on Luminous Landscape.
