I have not found there to be a problem.  Most smart browsers and 
popup killing software is designed to look for scripts that are self 
activating.  If you create a web page that generates a popup from a 
link you should not have a problem.  You will have a problem if you 
are generating links via a timed script etc.  Be careful how you use 
popup windows as they rank fairly low on usability tests.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
