Wow, for once I am near speechless... I was just thinking about him yesterday when I spoke with Rob Zeiss... His contributions will be sorely missed if this is true.. Strangely, last night after talking to Zeiss earlier in the day, I wondered why Jerry hadn't posted of late.. Even stranger is the fact that I thought to myself "I hope he's ok." Just reinforces in my mind how fragile our existence is.. I don't think I'm likely to ever hear someone quote a dMax for a new paper/ink combo without thinking what Jerry might have said... Perhaps it is a good point for all of us to remember that the others we deal with, and argue with on these fora are real living people of flesh and blood.. and just as tenuously connected to this mortal coil as we ourselves are..
