Given that the two papers seem to have the same base and (reportedly) a different coating, it may be interesting to compare them with respect to flaking, which I hear is a minor issue with PhotoRag. I have only tested the Portrait Classic 300gsm so far, but it looks exactly like PhotoRag except for a slight difference in texture, so you're probably right that it's Hahnemüle base. I'll probably stick with 'real' Hahnemüle - my local art supplier orders them directly from Germany for a lower price than the Permajet papers are selling for.
