Thanks! Now I got one step further. Now I can select a file and I get
access to all the Quadtone settings. But it seems to ignore those
settings I make when I actually print the image. It uses my settings for
resolution and dithering, but ignore the curve settings.

I'm not really sure what to do next... Are there any other settings that
are important to get this to work?
