Honestly, Roy, I think that for people without UNIX experience, the terminal is a pretty scary place to be. I cut my teeth on UNIX and CMS systems back in college, so it isn't too intimidating to me, but I still got myself into a little trouble in setting up the QTR beta. (More through sloppiness and issues easily answered with "rtfm" but still.) Mind you, it was _so_ worth it :)
