I've been using the original Wacom GRAPHIRE 4x5 tablet for 3 years for photo editing, and for the $79.99 I paid on-line at the time, retrospectively it's a "no-brainer"..I think the "II" verson is going for about the same $'s today..I personally see no need for up-grading, as it fills my needs quite well..In fact, I don't know how I ever got along without it!
