Digital BW, The Print

Printer =  Epson 1280 on MacOS9.

I am trying to print thru QXP 5 a brochure using graphics created in
Illustrator. Each graphic prints w/ jaggies regardless of whether it is in
tiff or eps. 

Would such an issue be corrected by using a RIP? If so, what do you
recommend? The EpsonStylusRIP seems affordable, while ImagePrint @ ~$900- is
a bit beyond reach. As I have set up a LAN w/ Windows Server 2003, perhaps
that unit could play a role. I also have an OSX PB to which I wish to
ultimately port such projects. Thanks, -Barry
