ADVERTISEMENT Yes, OS X does PDF's, very poorly indeed. Just try a bulleted list from MS Word and see what you get. With a rare few kinds of bullets, you actually get bullets in the PDF, but it is sort of a luck thing, Some things it does fine, you just can't count on it (for PDF's). Other than that, I love OSX---it just isn't perfect. ******* the right way to get a PDF (Adobe rec) is to "print" a postscript file and use Distiller in Classic mode. Yeh, I hate the concept of going to Classic too, but it works in this case. To do the ps file you need to install a virtual PS printer in OS X. The help section tells you how. Maybe Acrobat 6 fixes all this? Bill
