Digital BW, The Print

After being way for several months one of the first things I noticed 
as I started the arduous task of reading back through the archives 
was the absence of a "Jerry post".

Only tonight did I get back far enough to find the truly sad news. I 
loved Jerry's posts and appreciated deeply the time he spent with me 
offline patiently and enthusiasticly encouraging me in the digital 
domain and sharing with me his discoveries.

I will truly miss his prescence here and am deeply, deeply saddened 
at this news. I am grateful to have participated in Tom-hosted 
exchange that included Jerry and for the two sample prints Jerry sent 
me out of the blue to illustrate a point one time. What a guy. What a 
tragic loss.
