Johnny, I generally get puddling when I overfill the cartridges. In the old days (~ a year ago), MIS used to recommend 18 ml for each chamber on their vigin empty cartridges. Now they recommend 15 ml. Even though I use the vacuum method, I found it best to let the cart sit overnight prior to installation. Hope this helps.
