PRINTASIA Fine Art Matt Paper by Ilford - Printing Side?

Has anyone used this paper before? I have trouble telling which side 
is the coated side that i'm supposed to print on. The instructions 
say the 'rougher' side but its still very difficult to tell. Anyone 
know if this is another Hahnemühle rebranded paper? Its 190gsm, 100% 
rag, offwhite looking, and textured. Thanx for the help.
