Well having tried everything else that has been suggested thus far I am at the point that I am sure I need a better printer :-/ Thanks -----Original Message----- From: Colin & Linda McKie [mailto:colinmckie@...] Sent: Friday, June 27, 2003 5:53 PM To: DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com Subject: Re: [Digital BW] Print Help Hi David, I don't know anything about the DJ648c but from experience the D7 and PS will do a fine job. We print to an Epson 1160 from the D7 and get superb print quality. The printer/driver is unlikely to produce pixelation, so how are you setting your image size? The D7 file is 2560 x 1920, so resized to fit A4 or letter paper _with 'Resample' set to off - very important_ you will get about 240 ppi. That's an ideal figure to send to an Epson, and I doubt if the HP is too different. If all the driver settings are for maximum quality that should work well. I doubt if the HP output will be as good as an Epson or the new Canons, but it won't be too dreadful. Cheers, Colin > Perhaps someone can help me with this.
