Re: Ultratone inks for the 1200

2003-07-08 by Tom Husband

Steve,

I'll tell you after I do it the first time. I ordered the carts
syringes and Ultratone ink for refilling a 1280 and it should be
arriving any day. Most folks say it's pretty easy after you do it a
few times. MIS has some pretty detailed instruction on their site.
You should let the filled carts sit overnight to let the bubbles
dissipate and Paul Roark suggests wearing old clothes the first time
and not doing it in a sink that your wife will have a problem with
if you mess it up. I'm anxious to try these new inks with Paul's
curves.

Tom
