Don't be offended if this is too simple, but are you sure you opened 
up the top cart seals properly?  Otherwise I can't think of anything, 
it is just weird that this is so similar to my tube clogging problem 
(which apparently only happens regulary in AZ and NM:(

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
