I am having a similar problem. I just installed the ultratones in my 1200 and am getting good nozzle checks on all but the black cart. I have run cleaning cycle after cycle and still the same thing. Could someone explain how the "windex cleaning" is done. By the way, the ink that I replaced was MIS original hextones. I don't believe they were dyes.
