Digital BW, The Print

Hoping you can help, looks like my attempts to peddle my B&W 
photographic wares are finally starting to pay off, with a number of 
stock and fine art publishers now looking to draw up contracts 
covering the sale and marketing of my prints / images.

My problem is that I have absolutely no experience with such 
arrangements and I could easily be taken to the cleaners on rates, 
exclusivity, sale prices etc etc.

Do anyone have any pointers or have been through the same route? Any 
net sources of info would also be appreciated.
